Andrew - chef - With decades of experience from pubs, restaurants and hotels to cruise ships, Manchester United and private Yachts. You can say I've been around. With a passion for food, sea and travel and Guinness.

Jay - Front of house, housekeeper, admin and the most supportive wife and mother. Locally grown in Padstow, with a huge knowledge of the area as well as holding a role in the local library and town council.
